Tony Pearl is an entrepreneur, business owner, proud single father (Yes, he's single ladies... LOL!), mentor, writer, speaker and teacher. He presently resides in the Washington, DC area. Tony has traveled to over 21 countries, speaks 4 languages, and continues to travel extensively. He truly believes in giving the best in life and enjoying what life has to offer while delivering his empowering message of love, faith, happiness and humor to all with whom he comes in contact.

Before investing in Real Estate, he was a professional Ballroom and Latin dance instructor, competitor, and exhibitor for over 18 years, and occasionally still teaches to this day. In 2007, he won a nationwide contest for "Dancing With the Stars"!

As an investor, Tony has successfully done over 100 deals, still buys and sells houses on a regular basis, and has been educated by and associates with the best. (Dustin Griffin, for example!)

As a marketing consultant/copywriter, he has been secretly hired by several well-known Gurus to write high-impact, results-driven copy and do professional voice-overs.

As a speaker/teacher, he has appeared on hundreds of stages for thousands of people and has always educated, inspired, and entertained.
